They also mention red flags to observe and how to deal with these forces.

Scratched after watching videos

This is my second post this day.

After writing that other post today, I went out for hiking in a nearby wood. On my way there I saw a strange white, round object travelling very fast in front of my car. I picked up my camera, just to realize that I had forgotten the memory card...  Anyway, next moment the object was gone.

When I came home I watched some UFO videos on Youtube. Obviously not a good idea - just minutes later I got a scratch mark on my finger! Wow, I haven't had any scratch marks for a long time now, but as soon as I go out on internet and search for UFO-stuff I get scratch marks. This is weird!

Scratch marks and higher level negative energies

I don't remember if I have linked to SSRF before, but here you can find some more information about them.

I have been searching for answers since 2008 when I got several scratch marks on my left arm. Where do they come from? Ghosts? Aliens? And WHY do I get these strange body marks?

I got my first scratch mark (on the chin) in 1987-88. But I thought I had just scratched myself. In 2008 happend again and it got real bad. My daughter and mother got scratches too.

Was it spiritual, because I had praticed meditation and yoga? Or was it connected to my UFO experiences (in 1977, 1978 and 2008)?

I just know that the force of these marks can read my mind. And it's not a friendly force. It can travell fast, all over the world. I found out that when I reached for help from o friend of mine in Spain. She got scratch when she tried to help me. And a man in the USA also got scratch marks - while just reading my blog! So I don't belive it's just ghosts.

I think it is something else - negative energies from a spiritual dimension. Maybe it's the same force that send beep tones in my ears and sticking pain (like from needles) in my arms, legs and feets?

Nadine Lalich's experiences

Today I found this interesting video with Nadine Lalich:

Seems like we share many experiences:

• She describes the feeling of one alien touching her back/spine, something that I have experienced many times. It feels like my back/spine is my weakest body part when it comes to this kind of events. (I think it can work like some kind of portal.)
• She also have had "dreams" about airports with military personel and UFOs.
• She has had scars on her arms like me.
• Bleeding nose. (I got that during many nights as a child)
• She has also heard that humming sound. I had it in my old apartment.
• We both have had dreams about descruction and cathastrophes in the future.
• We see numbers like 1111 appearing on nearby clocks.
• We saw UFOs at the age of 16.
• We have had dreams about children. (But mine didn't look alien.)

While writing this post I have had beeping tones in my left ear...

The Arcons - feeding on our emotions

It's said that the gnostics warned us about the Archons a long time ago.  But who are they - the Archons?

The american author John Lash talks about the Archons as some kind of inorganic spieces, or energy form, that cannot live on Earth. But they are envy of us and they interfere in our lifes and feed on our fear. They are what we call "aliens", mind parasites that abduct our souls by night.

Another man who knows alot about the Archons is Robert Stanley.

When I heard about this the first time I felt that this could fit into my own experiences.

Remember what I wrote about"The Alien Council"? Something strange that I experienced dureing a hypnotherapy session. I was about beings who couldn't exist on Earth, but they wanted to observe our planet through me. Weird? Yes. And how about all my other strange experiences; the strange bruises, scratches, the beep tones in my ears, the hauntings in my home...? And all the extreme bad luck in my life? Someone, or something, must be behind all this.

Do we have portals to other dimensions - in our bodies?

My back seems to be a weak and strange spot. During my life I have experienced many weird stuff connected to it.

I think I have written about it before; that I have experienced strange "touching" while asleep. It has been going on for as long as I can remember. 

It happens while I'm asleep. Suddenly I get paralysed and cannot see. At the same time I can feel a presence in the room and "someone" is poking me in my waist and back, with a finger (?). It really feels terrible. I cannot defend myself against that poking. Only if I manage to wake up.

Other times I have dreamed that I got stabbed in my back. Or that someone had stuck a needle in it. Very painful. Other times I have felt (and heard!) a huge grasshoppers jumping on my back (in 2011/2012).

I have been working on this during my hypnosessions and it seems like we can have portals to other dimensions IN OUR BODIES! Yes, it's crazy, but I have experienced huge different after my therapist has managed to close it/them.

I think that when we experience some kind of trauma we get wounds in our etheric body. And I think that these wounds can work like portals to other dimensions. If we manage to deal with our past traumas, we can heal these wounds and - close the portals. This is my guess.

It has been calm here for a long time, but just about a week ago it started all over again. I had a strange dream about an old, not so nice, woman. We had an argument and suddenly I felt as if someone had pulled his/hers/its finger all the way down on my back. The next day I had scratch marks on my fingers again. So I guess "they" are back... maybe because a portal had opened up again.

Have you experienced something like this? Parts of your body that seems to get attacked while your are asleep?
  

Hiding from intruders

Today I found some of my old diarys from 2004-2006, so I have spent hours reading them.

One of the things that surpriced me was what I wrote 3 days after my father had died, in 2005. I had almost forgotten it:

"This morning I woke up by a nightmare at 3:05 AM. I dreamed that I was a child again and it was night. I was standing in our living room. I heard the sound from a helicopter and it looked like its spotlights were searching around our windows. I got the impression that it was aliens, coming to get us. I ran into my parents bedroom, telling them not to open their eyes and that they should hide under the bed sheets. Then I crawled down between them. I could feel my fathers body on my left side and my mothers on my right side. Then I felt that "someone" came into the bedroom. I tried to scream: "Go away!!". But my mouth was paralysed, I couldn't scream. That's when I woke up."

I think this was the first time ever I wrote about aliens - and I had totally forgotten about that dream. Now it all came back.

It also reminds me of 2008-2009, when I lived in that haunted apartment - because I often heard helicopters during the night. I was just to tired to care about it. I never got up to look at them, I just guessed that it was police or ambulance helicopters.

Could that dream about the introuders be some kind of memory from an abduction in my childhood?

The Alien Council

"They" don't like when I write about this. But I will do it anyway; write about my hypnotherapy session last week. And the trip back to the time before I was born into this life.

For many years I have felt that "someone" is controlling my life. So many strange and bad things have happend. Also my friends have been concearned about me. I have also had a strong feeling that I must not get involved, in a realtionship. That I am ment be alone. I am a very romantic person and I have had boyfriends, I have been married... But, still that feeling that I am not supposed to "get involved". Why?

Since 2008, when the hautings began, it became more clearly. The more research I did on aliens or UFOs, the more scratch marks I got. It was as "someone" punished me everytime I tried to learn more about aliens. As if I wasn't allowed to know anything about it. Even now, when I write this, I can feel that pressure coming in to my right ear. The beeping sound is almost gone, but I can still feel the pressure...

Since 2009/2010 I have done a lot of hypnotherapy. And I have found out that some kind of aliens have had controlled my life - even before I was born! But why and how could I stop them?

During the session last week I found myself in another world, in complete darkness. Standing, waiting like a soldier. I (my soul?) could hardly move. I  was standing in some kind of black cylinder, like an ammunition cylinder. A tall dull (lustreless) black cylinder, with a pointing top. And I was waiting.

Suddenly the cylinder opened up. Bright, strong light from some kind of lamp. Coldness. I was in front of "the Council" (Gods?), but it was so light so I couldn't see them. I think they were 5, and they were studying me. If I was ready to go on a mission. I saw the earth, on long distance. I didn't want to go, but I knew I had no choice. These cold beeings didn't care about me.

So what was my mission? Well, I THINK that it was to be an "observer". And somehow "they" could observe (or study) the earth through me. And there were others, send at the same time. About 35 others.

Crazy? Yes, it IS crazy! :-) But I know that there are other people who share my experience. Others who have met the Council. But what does it mean for me now? Well, this "group" have been revealed now so I hope they will leave me alone now.

Black hooded figure

One of the scarriest things I have experienced is the event that took place in my bedroom in 1997, when I was visited by an evil black hooded figure. Now I understand that I am not alone with this kind of experiences.

It seems like we are visited by lots of different aliens. But are they from another planet - or from another dimension? Or both?
 

Strange bruise

Tonight I got a bruise on my left leg. Because of yesterdays post? I often get scratch marks or bruises after posting here on my blog - or after digging to much in Alien stuff.

The video I posted yesterday was very interesting. I even told my friend Sandra to look at it, because we have discused much of the things that were brought up in the video. So I am not surpriced that I got this mark on my leg. It has happend before.

During 2008-2009, during that terrible hauntings in my old apartment, I got lots of these bruises on my legs. It always happend during the night and often on both my legs at the same time. But I have also got bruises while I have been awake. The one you see below (on my arm) I got while I talked to my mother about some recordings (EVPs) I did in my apartment. I didn't feel any pain, but suddenly it was there. I think it's because "they" don't like what I am doing. Maybe an attempt to correct me. But nothing can stop me now. I am just so fed up with these harassment that has been going on for so long!

 

Is this how "they" work?

"We are your masters..."

Yesterday they were discovered - the beings that have been messing with me my whole life...

Since I began reading, and writing, about the abduction researcher Dr David Jacobs (about 2 weeks ago) I have had problems with scratch marks again. My daughter too. So I guess "they" want to scare me. They don't want me to know what's going on.

Yesterday I visited my therapist again and I told her that I was so tired of feeling that "someone" is controlling my life, I have been very aware of this since 2008. I also told her that I have been working hard with my TRE exercises and that it fells like the pieces in the puzzle is coming together.

This is what we found during the session yesterday:

There are some kind of beings (they are 3) that says they are my "masters", that my body and soul belongs to them! They say that they are controling my life and that I won't be able to walk or stand without them. That I would be paralysed in the lower part of my body without them.

Interesting that they finally showed up. And interesting because I actually have had  some strange dreams about not beeing able to stand up, and about hanging in a closet with the lower part of my body missing...

I wonder if this is the robotic types of beings that she has told me about before. I do remember hearing robotics voices in my head at least once when I was child, and that I told my nanny about it. And remember that screaming robotic voice last month - that both me and my daughter hear in my mobile phone.

I know, this sounds crazy, I really belive that there are other dimensions - and other beings. Otherwise I wouldn't have had all these strange experiences.

My therapist worked with my body and found some kind of etheric transmittor/implant (not visible) in my stomach, on the left side. She also found what seemed to be some kind of etheric (not visible) cabels from my back. Wow! Just a couple of days ago I had a dream about that, that I had 2 thick black cables hanging from my back! Reminds me of that sceen in the Matrix Movie. So... are we living in some kind of Matrix? With aliens all around us?

During the session I also got some other memories from my childhood, that were not so nice. But there are still some thing real scary that I cannot remember. My body remembers it  and start shaking, but it's like my brain and body are not connected. I just cannot remember what made me so scared.

So, I will go on with my multidimensial therapy and see what I find. And if those three beings will leave me alone  now... I don't think they will give up that easy.

Interesting abduction researcher

Today  at lunch time I watched another video with  David Jacobs, that my friend Sandra has written to me about. It was really disturbing what he talked about. 3-4 hours later I got a scratch mark on my left thumb. It's not often I get that now so I guess it's a connection to the video. I guess "someone" does'nt want me to dig into this... 

Harvesting of souls

About a year ago my friend Sandra told me about a strange experience she had during a hypnotherapy session; she had found lost souls in a cave. It was as if they were held as captures. I thought it was rather strange. How can you live without your soul? But then I remembered that the Shamans practice "soul retrieval"... so I guess we can loose our souls. But how?

Yesterday Sandra send me a mail. She had found a very interesting book, written by Nigel Kerner - "The harvesting of souls". Could that be what it's all about - the whole UFO thing? Is that their Agenda? Well, watch this:

Strange alien voice in my phone

Two weeks ago I was on my way to France. I ran like crazy in the shops here to find a dress I could wear on the trip. Just when I arrived to my home my phone rang, it was my friend who I was going on the trip with. We talked for a minute, then something strange happend.

Suddenly my friends voice was lost and instead I heard something else, like a strange angry metallic voice that talked extremly - fast but it was a language I could not understand. It sounded so angry and I was so surpriced, so I held the phone towards my daughter. She listened and was as surpriced as me, then suddenly the voice stopped and the line was broken.

I immediatly remembered a video with Karla Turner, when she talked about what happend in their home and that strange phone call. You can see it here below, listen to the part that begins at 0:08:00 to about 0:11:15. She discribes the same thing as I heard:
 

Next day I got a big scratch mark on my left hand.

Did my mum see an alien orb?

Today I have been watching some videos at You Tube, called "UFO Hunters". Very interesting, especially those about UFOs and orbs.

They talked a lot about glowing orbs, often shown up in the mountains. And that it seems to be a connection between those orbs and aliens. It reminded my of an experience that my mother had told me about.

When my mother was young, I think it was during the 1940s, she climbed in the mountains, in the Alps. Once she stayed in a small cabin during some thunder storms and when she opened the door something that looked like a big ball of fire came right to her, through the door. She got so scared that she fainted. And when she woke up the ball was gone. Since that day she has been very afraid of thunder storms.

As long as I can remember my mother have had nightmares and been taking sleeping pills.When I did that "birth regression" with my therapist a year ago she said some really weird things that I have hard to believe. But it was about my mother, me and aliens.

Today I wonder if it maybe was some kind of alien orb that my mother saw that day in the mountains.
Maybe she have had some kind of alien connection all her life?

Also my father have been haunted by nightmares for many years. He is dead now but my mother told me that he often woke up in the middle of the night screaming that "they" where after him, trying to kill him... Did he dream about aliens maybe?

And then my brother. He also had lots of nightmares and was afraid of doctors. He was with me twice when I saw UFOs from our balcony in1977-78. He even took pictures of it.

Maybe my whole family have alien connections?

 

Scratched after helping my daughter

I really wonder what kind of evil forces I am dealing with. Now it has gotten worse again.

My teenage daughter has been a bit depressed for some time. And that isn't strange; we have been haunted (more or less) since 2008 and moved around a lot. And last year I got cancer. And beside this she has had some trubbles with her fathers new wife.

Well anyway, I thought it was time to take her to my therapist, who works with multidimensial healing. She is really extraordinary because she can read other peoples minds. My daughter has difficult to talk to others about what's bothering her, so I knew my therapist could help her better than anyone else.

So on tuesday we went to see my therapist. I waited outside. After one hour my daughter came out. She had been crying but I could see that she was happy and on our way back home she was smiling and said that it felt good and that she wanted to visit the therapist again. I was so happy to hear that and that night both of us slept good!

But the next morning when I was preparing our breakfast I felt pain on my left finger - and found a 2,5 cm long scratch mark!

No doubt about it - this was because of the visit at my therapist. I understood that "they" (who ever they are) don't want us to become aware, they don't want us to be healed. So they try to scare us, to take control over us. The same thing have happend to me when I started my therapi, the scratches got worse and I got deeper bleeding wounds. Then it got better while the therapy proceeded.

Later that day (Wednesday) I went swimming and I noticed a 6 cm long scratch mark on my left leg. I probably got it in the morning, at the same time as the scratch mark on my left finger but I didn't notice it until I stept into the pool.

So, it is obvious; "they" are angry at me because I am trying to help my daughter. That's why I got these scratch marks.

I just wonder; am I dealing with aliens, demons or something else?


Update:
Next day I got two more scratches on my fingers. So I guess "they" are here to stay a couple of days...
 

Raped by aliens?

Today I will tell you about something that I have only told one friend. It happend in 2009.

As I have written before the hauntings began in 2008. That's when me and my daughter got the first paranormal scratches. Our electric equipment in the apartment went crazy and strange sounds were heard. We left and moved in to my mothers house, but that didn't help - the hauntings followed us.

In 2009 (before I sold the apartment) I got help from some ghost hunters and a priest. I could really feel a huge diffrence, the air felt much lighter. So we moved in again. That night I slept on the floor in my daughters room, right beside her bed. Suddenly I woke up with pain-  in my rectum. It felt like somehing was pushing it's way up through my behind all the way up to my stomach! The pain was terrible and I was so scarred. What the hell was happening!?

My daughter slept through the whole night and I never told her about what I had experienced. But the pain in my body didn't go away for two days.

A couple of months later we moved to another apartment, temporary. One night the same thing happend - again!

So what was it? During that time I had contact with a dowser. He believed that it was spirits comming into my body. Well, I have never experienced something like that before or after. I felt as if I was raped, but it was also a feeling of that something forced it's way in to my body and to my stomach, to stay there. About two years later I got ovarian cancer. I wonder if there was a connection...

Anyone else who had experienced this - or have heard about something like this?

Buzzing sound in ears

Gosh! Again I have found information that makes me realize that strange stuff had been going on for almost all my life.

In 1998 I got divorced and moved with my little daughter to another apartment. I remember a night when she suddenly woke up and screamed that someone had pushed her in her stomach. I said that she must have dreamed. But she was conviced that it was for real and I remembered the "dreams" about that scary visits in my bedroom months earlier - so I began to wonder what was happening around us. I mentally told the presence to go away.

About six months later another strange thing happend. I woke up in the middle of the night with a strange buzzing sound in my head that went from my left ear to my right and then back again, on and on. I felt sick and scared and wondered what was happening to me. This strange thing happened always at night, around 3-4 AM.

The doctors could find anything wrong with me, so maybe I just had some kind of ear infection... because suddenly it stoped.

Going back to my childhood, I sometimes got a hight pitced beep tone in my ears. But only in one at the time, and it only lasted for a minute or so. In 2008 I found that many people who had experienced paranormal stuff also had heard this beep. Some even said it was connected to aliens. So I began to do my own research. I tried to block the sound out mentally and found that it worked! And then it started to change pattern. It was obvious for me that there was some kind of intelligence behind that SIGNAL.

And today - I found this interesting text on Dave Hodriens blog. He writes this about a woman who also have experienced some real strange (alien?) stuff:

"In the months after Steve left, on occasion Rachel would experience a sudden loud buzzing sound in her head. It would sometimes take place when she was lying in bed and almost dropping off to sleep. At other times it would occur during the night and she would wake up. She would actually feel it moving through her head from one side to the other, and sometimes back the other way. The effect would always be the same, no matter which way she was lying. Before the noise occurred, Rachel would become very alert that something was about to happen, and then she would hear it."

Sounds exactly like my experiences in 1998, after I had got divorced... This woman also got some strange markings on her body. Four small dots in a line, which reminds my of my daughters 3 small dots in a line on her foot. And I got one dot on the same spot.

So - are we all having contacts with aliens? Is that what has been going on for whole my life, it just took me forty years to understand.

"Nanny" abducted by aliens

Have you heard that Fran Drescher, from "The Nanny" have met aliens?

According to The Huffington Post she says:

"You know, it's funny because Peter (Fran's ex-husband) and I both saw [aliens] before we knew each other, doing the same thing, driving on the road with our dads."

Fran says that it happend when they both were in junior high. A few years later they met and realized they had the same experience. She thinks they somehow were programmed to meet.

"We both have this scar. It's the exact same scar on the exact same spot."

But ex-husband Peter Marc Jacobson wasn't so convinced of the couple's extraterrestrial pasts. He says Fran got the small scar on her hand from a drill bit or burning herself holding a hot cup of water. But Fran says, no way.

"I said to him, that's what the aliens programmed us to think. But really, that's where the chip is."

Well that was interesting. Because it reminds me of my own experience in 2008. That's when the hauntings began at our old house. And just a couple of weeks later me and my teenage daughter went on a trip to another town. On the way there I saw something strange high above in the sky. It looked like a glowing ball that flew high up in very highs speed. I didn't say anything to my daughter. But just a few minutes later a big round "thing" of silver flew right over our car! My daughter yelled:
"Look! Is that an UFO or what!!?"

Sometimes I wonder if my home wasn't haunted by ghost, maybe there were just lots of crazy aliens there.
