Hyperdimensional interference

Some years ago I stumbled upon In 2 Worlds - a very interesting web page written by Carissa Conti. She writes about paranormal and anomalous happenings, reality glitches, number sightings, ear tones, deja vus, synchronicities, parallel timelines and timeline manipulation, alien abductions, mind control and more… I share many of her experiences and I must say she have done an outstanding work with all her documentation and research.

Carissa has written some real interesting stuff about interference, things that happend to me too. All my life I have been experienced som much weird stuff and challenges that even my friends think it's extreme. And I have many times asked myself what could be behind all this. Most problems I have had after I began reading about things like UFOs, aliens and timeline manipulations. So reading about Carissa's experiences was really interesting. Now I know that I'm not alone, other people experience strange stuff like this too.

Update November 23, 2018:
Less than 24 hours later, after writing this post, I got some kind of black spiritual attack with paralysis during the night. Three times! Just a coincident? Writing about stuff like above always have consequences.  

Full moon and strange dream

A man came and visited me in my dream tonight. A tall man, almost looking like one of the statues in Persepolis. He was very angry and and he spoke to me in a strange language I have never heard before. I couldn't understand a word of what he said. But he scarred the shit out of me.

This was over in just seconds, at least it felt so. Then I woke up, wondering what the h_ll had happend. It took some time before I had calmed down so I could go back to sleep.

This reminds me of this event in 2013, when I was speaking to my friend in my cellphone. Suddenly the phone call was interrupted and I heard a strange and electronic voice screaming at me (very fast) in a language I could understand. If they are angry and want to tell me something, can't they at least talk to me in a way that I understand!?

Update:
After writing this post I got a scratch mark on my right hand.

Almost dragged into the darkness

About 3 weeks ago I went through another surgery. The night before that I had a strange experience again.

It began in the same way as it always does;

I was dreaming when I suddenly found myself in that darkness again. I could feel that a warm and strong hand took my right hand and tried to drag me into the darkness. I fought against it, but then I felt that "someone else" was pooking me in my waist. That damn pooking that have haunted me since I was child! I got so afraid. It was as if one of them was dragging me in to the darkness and the other one was tickling me so I had hard to fight back. It was scary, I couldn't see anything! Then finally I managed to get released and wake up.

Can anyone explain this for me? Why is it always completly black when I experience these things? I can only FEEL with my whole body, that something strange is going on. And that it isn't just a dream.

I have felt my body locked up in some kind of metal chair (about 3 years ago) and it was like "someone" told me (telepathy) not to fight against it - or I would feel more pain.

I have also felt metal sticks put up in my upper mouth (2008/09). When I began pulling them out, stick by stick, it was as if I passed out. As if I wasn't supposed to be aware of what was going on. Since then I have 3 bulbs in my upper mouth.

It's always in this black reality where I cannot see anything - or anyone! It's very intense but short. It feels like the experience don't even last for a minute.

Disturbed again...

It has been calm for a long time, but this week I have had two paranormal attacs during the night. 

This is what happens:

• My dreams are suddenly interrupted
• I guess I'm in some kind of dream state, but it feels very real. The strange is that it's totaly black around me and I cannot see anything. 
• Then I feel like "something" jumps at my back. It actually it feels like some kind of animal, with the size of a cat or a small monkey. Only ONCE I have seen a glimps of something looking like a huge praying mantis.
• When I feel the poking around my waist it's hard, like "someone" is tickling me. Maybe because it want's my attention. It's really not a kindly toucht.

When was younger I often got paralysed during these events and had hard to wake up. I know that people call this "sleep paralysis", but I think it's something else.

I haven't yet understod why this happens. If there is a trigger, if it's something that I do that causes these events. But, this last week I have been reading some blogs again about UFOs and owls. It always happens strange things when I do that. And today when I meditated I got that beeping in my left ear again.

In my childhood I often experienced strange things right before I feel asleep. It felt as I fell into a huge spiral and everything just went round and round.

I wonder if the things I have experienced have something to do with the chakras, if they work as portals to other dimensions. Maybe the chakras are like galaxies and that they sometimes get "activated" so you get connected to other worlds?

It's getting worse...

It started about two weeks ago, and it feels like "it" is still around...

First that strange smell in my bathroom, then the bathroom lamp crashed down in the marble floor. Then several scratches on my foot and hands and a bruise mark on my arm.

Today I got a scratch mark about 11:00 AM. It was about 5 cm long, on my right hand. Just out of nowhere!

I still cannot understand what the trigger is, why this happens.  It just feels like some kind of bad spirit want to mess with my life - and maybe stop me from evolving. The only thing I can do right now is to stay strong not get upset, because I think these spirits feeds on our emotions.

Update:
Just a couple of days later I got another long scratch mark on my right arm. 

New scratch marks

June 17th it happend again, my bathroom lamp crashed down on the marble floor. BOOM! Bits of glass everywhere! It gave me a bad feeling, because this is what happend in 2008 when the hauntings began in my old flat.
After moving to my new apartment in 2010 it happend again, the bathroom lamp crashed down on the floor. And now again.

Actually it began already in the morning, with a bad smell from the bathroom. Just a hour later the lamp fell down. Later that day when I was using my vaccum cleaner in another room it was turned off.

This week, on Wednesday, I went to the beach and did some meditation. I remember watching the clouds and how beautiful they looked - almost like huge angel wings. When I came home I noticed a small scratch mark (1 centimeter long) on my left foot. It's very rare that I get this marks on my feet,

Anyway, next day at work almost everything went wrong. Lots of stress, conflicts and I almost crashed with the car. It was really a bad day. Just minutes after that car incident I noticed I had got another scratch mark (1 centimeter long), on a finger on my left hand.

Two scratches in 24 hours; same side, same lengh, same direction... What does it mean?!

Driving back home that day I found myself driving behind a car with the sign "HEL 666"... And was it just a coinsident that it was an accident on that same street two hours later?

I don't know but sometimes it feels like it's not just those scratch marks - but that something else (bad) comes with it, that influences in other ways. Still I cannot figure out what its all about. The only thing I can do is keep on making notes of it and see if I can find a pattern.

Update June 28th, 2016 (3 days later):
Today I got a new scratch mark on a finger - again on my left side.

Psychic attack through the chakras?

Tonight it happend again, someone was  poking hard in my back. 

This has happend so many times, since I was just a little child. It feels like someone is attacking me while I'm sleeping. Most of the time I cannot see anything, just feel that very unpleasant feeling of someone/something poking  in my back or waist. Like they are trying to dig into my body. Actually, it feels like some kind of psychic attack/astral abuse.

Once I could hear and percieve a huge praying mantis jumping on my back. It only lasted for some seconds, then it was gone. Another time I heard a woman and a mans voice. But most of the time I cannot see or hear anything, it's just that very unpleasant feeling of someone/something touching my back.

A psychic woman told me that these beings (doing this) comes from other dimensions. She also believed that we have portals to other worlds - in our bodies. Maybe our chakras works as portals? And maybe we are more vulnerable while sleeping or doing meditation.

Anyone else who has experienced this?

Visited again?

This last week I have experienced some strange stuff again. 

I have had ringings in my ears, repeatedly during the weekend. Then waking up with two bruises just above my knees. Then I got a puncture mark on my left hand, similar to this one. 

Yesterday, when I went to bed I suddenly got a unpleasant feeling and my heart began pumping faster. I thought; why am I feeling afraid? After reading a book in bed I went up to have a glass of water. It was dark in the rest of the apartment. Then suddenly, when I was standing in the kitchen, the small lamp in my bedroom was switched off! And the way it was turned off was so strange, it went off so slowly and without that click-sound. I got a bit scarred, but went back to the bedroom and swiched the light on again.

Anyway, I was tired and fell asleep. About 03:00 AM I woke up having a nightmare about our familys old holiday house, where I haven't been for 20 years. In the dream I was in my parents bedroom, starring at the evening sky behind the curtains. I was a little child again. I could see the moonlight and another very bright light coming closer, and it didn't feel good at all. 

I woke up with my heart beating hard. What the hell is it with that place, why do I have so many nightmares about that house? I haven't been there for many years, but still I have nightmares about it. 

Today everything feels normal again, no new bruises or ear ringings.

Well I don't know who she is but I have just read her latest blog post "Desinformation - my experience with it". (REMOVED!) The photos of her bruise and the triangular mark are very similar to mine!

Scratch marks and higher level negative energies

I don't remember if I have linked to SSRF before, but here you can find some more information about them.

I have been searching for answers since 2008 when I got several scratch marks on my left arm. Where do they come from? Ghosts? Aliens? And WHY do I get these strange body marks?

I got my first scratch mark (on the chin) in 1987-88. But I thought I had just scratched myself. In 2008 happend again and it got real bad. My daughter and mother got scratches too.

Was it spiritual, because I had praticed meditation and yoga? Or was it connected to my UFO experiences (in 1977, 1978 and 2008)?

I just know that the force of these marks can read my mind. And it's not a friendly force. It can travell fast, all over the world. I found out that when I reached for help from o friend of mine in Spain. She got scratch when she tried to help me. And a man in the USA also got scratch marks - while just reading my blog! So I don't belive it's just ghosts.

I think it is something else - negative energies from a spiritual dimension. Maybe it's the same force that send beep tones in my ears and sticking pain (like from needles) in my arms, legs and feets?

Visited again

A couple of days ago I realized that something strange was going on - and tonight I was visited in my bedroom.

Last week I came home from hospital after another operation.  (I had to fix a gastrointestinal hernia after my cancer operation a couple of years ago). Since then I have had a lot of pain and I have also noticed strange things at home. Feeling that "coldness" that I've felt before, when I was haunted. I have also felt a strange shiver against my legs.

Yesterday I went to bed early, I was tired and I fell asleep almost at once. 

Suddenly I felt that poking on my right side. I was so tired so I tried not to care about it. The poking went to my left side. I was so tired but I tried to say; "Go away, leave me alone!". But the poking became more intense.

I got up. Tried to switch the light on, but it didn't work. And suddenly I realized; this have happend so many times before; that i wake up in the darkness, feeling that something is there, I am scared and try to turn the lights on - but I can't! I cannot turn the lights on!!

I go to the window, pull the thick curtains apart and - I'm chocked. My usual view over city is gone and I stare into another landscape! It's night but I cannot see the lights from the city - because outside there are only threes and some stars!

Oh... Then I realize... I am at our old country house! In my bedroom! I turn around and walk down the hall. Through the glassdoor to our dining room I see a very bright light coming from outside. What's that!!

Then I wake up. Shaky. I go up. Take a glass of water in the kitchen. Realize that it has started again, the visitors that comes during the night and poke me. The visitors that I cannot see. I go back to the bedroom. It's about 11 PM and I grab a book. I read it for about an hour, then I fall asleep again. When I woke up the next day I noticed that the clock beside my bed showed the wrong time (- 2 hours). Strange, it has been calm for several months and now suddenly it's like it has started all over again.

Update:
Two days later I visited my therapist. She did some body work on me. She said that the operation made me "open up" again. She managed to "close the door" and now it's calm again. No visitors. 

What have they done to me!?

Since that last session at my therapist, when she removed that unpleasant energy ball (from my mum) I have felt so relieved and happy. But four days ago I had a new nightmare.

In the dream I visited some kind of underground aquarium with my daughter. We were in a huge, dark room and my daughter went across that room to look at another aquarium. But when I was going to follow her I walked in to black FOG! Everything went black and I couldn's see anything at all!

In the darkness something, with metal, held me so tight that I couldn't move. I felt as if I was in some kind of sitting/hanging position. I could feel hard metal under my armpits. It was painful. I could also feel hard metal in the hollow of my knees. As I tried to move I got more stuck and it became more painful. It was as if I was told mentaly that I shouldn't move - then it wouldn't be so painful. So I just sat/hung there, without moving. And then I don't remember anything more.

The next day I was so tired, and the happiness I had felt the days before was gone.

What happend?!! And why does this strange things keep on happening, again and again? Completly blackness, but I FEEL that something is going on around me. And I can feel that hard metal! But what kind of entites are doing this to me - and WHY!?

Am I just in some kind of evil experiment?
 

Hiding from intruders

Today I found some of my old diarys from 2004-2006, so I have spent hours reading them.

One of the things that surpriced me was what I wrote 3 days after my father had died, in 2005. I had almost forgotten it:

"This morning I woke up by a nightmare at 3:05 AM. I dreamed that I was a child again and it was night. I was standing in our living room. I heard the sound from a helicopter and it looked like its spotlights were searching around our windows. I got the impression that it was aliens, coming to get us. I ran into my parents bedroom, telling them not to open their eyes and that they should hide under the bed sheets. Then I crawled down between them. I could feel my fathers body on my left side and my mothers on my right side. Then I felt that "someone" came into the bedroom. I tried to scream: "Go away!!". But my mouth was paralysed, I couldn't scream. That's when I woke up."

I think this was the first time ever I wrote about aliens - and I had totally forgotten about that dream. Now it all came back.

It also reminds me of 2008-2009, when I lived in that haunted apartment - because I often heard helicopters during the night. I was just to tired to care about it. I never got up to look at them, I just guessed that it was police or ambulance helicopters.

Could that dream about the introuders be some kind of memory from an abduction in my childhood?

Owl outside my window

Mike Clelland has written a lot about owls. I have never thought about it before, but I have had them around me too.

This owl used to sit outside my bedroom window in 1987 when my family had that country house. We sold it a couple of years ago, but I think that lot of strange stuff went on there during my childhood.

My mother recently told me that she used to hear strange noices there during the nights, like from an underground engine.

I remember once when I found out that my father had slept with a poker under his bed when he spend a night there alone. Was he afraid of thieves or something else? He was a strong and healthy man, working as an engineer and he didn't believe in strange stuff. But after he had died my mum told me that he was haunted by strange nightmares. He could scream at night that "they" were trying to kill him. It is sad that we never talked about it - what he was scared about. We both have the same blood type; RH- 0. Maybe we shared similar strange experiences too?

My older brother was attacked by owls one night outside the house. He used to have nightmares too, but mostly at home. And he watched that UFO with me twice in 1977 and 1978. He even took pictures of them. I don't know how he is doing now, because we haven't talked to each other for many years.

And myself? Well you already know that I have had nightmares, strange visits in my home, scratch marks, puncture marks, strange bruises, weird ringings in the ears and - I have seen UFOs three times. And so this owl outside my bedroom window.  And the same year as I took this picture (1987) I got my first strange scratch mark on my cheek.

Later, during 2008-2009, I did some EVP recordings during the night in my new apartment and - I could hear an owl! Inside my apartment! Just a year ago I could hear an owl here in my room, in my new apartment, in the middle of the day. Weird.

Seems like there are lots of people experiencing this, all over the World. I think that it has increased since 2007-2008.

The Alien Council

"They" don't like when I write about this. But I will do it anyway; write about my hypnotherapy session last week. And the trip back to the time before I was born into this life.

For many years I have felt that "someone" is controlling my life. So many strange and bad things have happend. Also my friends have been concearned about me. I have also had a strong feeling that I must not get involved, in a realtionship. That I am ment be alone. I am a very romantic person and I have had boyfriends, I have been married... But, still that feeling that I am not supposed to "get involved". Why?

Since 2008, when the hautings began, it became more clearly. The more research I did on aliens or UFOs, the more scratch marks I got. It was as "someone" punished me everytime I tried to learn more about aliens. As if I wasn't allowed to know anything about it. Even now, when I write this, I can feel that pressure coming in to my right ear. The beeping sound is almost gone, but I can still feel the pressure...

Since 2009/2010 I have done a lot of hypnotherapy. And I have found out that some kind of aliens have had controlled my life - even before I was born! But why and how could I stop them?

During the session last week I found myself in another world, in complete darkness. Standing, waiting like a soldier. I (my soul?) could hardly move. I  was standing in some kind of black cylinder, like an ammunition cylinder. A tall dull (lustreless) black cylinder, with a pointing top. And I was waiting.

Suddenly the cylinder opened up. Bright, strong light from some kind of lamp. Coldness. I was in front of "the Council" (Gods?), but it was so light so I couldn't see them. I think they were 5, and they were studying me. If I was ready to go on a mission. I saw the earth, on long distance. I didn't want to go, but I knew I had no choice. These cold beeings didn't care about me.

So what was my mission? Well, I THINK that it was to be an "observer". And somehow "they" could observe (or study) the earth through me. And there were others, send at the same time. About 35 others.

Crazy? Yes, it IS crazy! :-) But I know that there are other people who share my experience. Others who have met the Council. But what does it mean for me now? Well, this "group" have been revealed now so I hope they will leave me alone now.

Strange bruise

Tonight I got a bruise on my left leg. Because of yesterdays post? I often get scratch marks or bruises after posting here on my blog - or after digging to much in Alien stuff.

The video I posted yesterday was very interesting. I even told my friend Sandra to look at it, because we have discused much of the things that were brought up in the video. So I am not surpriced that I got this mark on my leg. It has happend before.

During 2008-2009, during that terrible hauntings in my old apartment, I got lots of these bruises on my legs. It always happend during the night and often on both my legs at the same time. But I have also got bruises while I have been awake. The one you see below (on my arm) I got while I talked to my mother about some recordings (EVPs) I did in my apartment. I didn't feel any pain, but suddenly it was there. I think it's because "they" don't like what I am doing. Maybe an attempt to correct me. But nothing can stop me now. I am just so fed up with these harassment that has been going on for so long!

 

Raped by aliens?

Today I will tell you about something that I have only told one friend. It happend in 2009.

As I have written before the hauntings began in 2008. That's when me and my daughter got the first paranormal scratches. Our electric equipment in the apartment went crazy and strange sounds were heard. We left and moved in to my mothers house, but that didn't help - the hauntings followed us.

In 2009 (before I sold the apartment) I got help from some ghost hunters and a priest. I could really feel a huge diffrence, the air felt much lighter. So we moved in again. That night I slept on the floor in my daughters room, right beside her bed. Suddenly I woke up with pain-  in my rectum. It felt like somehing was pushing it's way up through my behind all the way up to my stomach! The pain was terrible and I was so scarred. What the hell was happening!?

My daughter slept through the whole night and I never told her about what I had experienced. But the pain in my body didn't go away for two days.

A couple of months later we moved to another apartment, temporary. One night the same thing happend - again!

So what was it? During that time I had contact with a dowser. He believed that it was spirits comming into my body. Well, I have never experienced something like that before or after. I felt as if I was raped, but it was also a feeling of that something forced it's way in to my body and to my stomach, to stay there. About two years later I got ovarian cancer. I wonder if there was a connection...

Anyone else who had experienced this - or have heard about something like this?

Haunted night

Yesterday I told my daughter that it has been calm for a while - no scratch marks for a long time. Just some small markings. She said she had noticed the same thing and I was glad to hear that. I told her that I believe the hauntings will end compleatly one day. But maybe I shouldn't have said that.

Because during this night I have been woken up at least five times by some kind of creature jumping on my back and... rubbing och tickeling it (like it was a small monkey or something like that). Really unpleasant!

I ha a bruise on my left thigh tand during the day I got a new scratch mark on my right hand.

So it is obvious, if I talk about this - I will get haunted again. It is like those creatures are playing with me saying: "Don't be too sure of that..."

I am just SO tired of this.

Orbs in my home

At Christmas Eve 2007 I caught the first orb in my old flat, but I didn't notice it until about one year later - when the hauntings had become real bad.

In November/December 2007 I started to hear the strange low frequency sound in my apartment. I was only heard during night and I think that it was the sound that dragged all the spirits to the house... About the same time the orbs started to appear on my photos.



This wing orb is unusual because I only got it on picture once. The other orbs were round.

Doesn't it look like a very small white bird?
