Full moon and strange dream

A man came and visited me in my dream tonight. A tall man, almost looking like one of the statues in Persepolis. He was very angry and and he spoke to me in a strange language I have never heard before. I couldn't understand a word of what he said. But he scarred the shit out of me.

This was over in just seconds, at least it felt so. Then I woke up, wondering what the h_ll had happend. It took some time before I had calmed down so I could go back to sleep.

This reminds me of this event in 2013, when I was speaking to my friend in my cellphone. Suddenly the phone call was interrupted and I heard a strange and electronic voice screaming at me (very fast) in a language I could understand. If they are angry and want to tell me something, can't they at least talk to me in a way that I understand!?

Update:
After writing this post I got a scratch mark on my right hand.

Almost dragged into the darkness

About 3 weeks ago I went through another surgery. The night before that I had a strange experience again.

It began in the same way as it always does;

I was dreaming when I suddenly found myself in that darkness again. I could feel that a warm and strong hand took my right hand and tried to drag me into the darkness. I fought against it, but then I felt that "someone else" was pooking me in my waist. That damn pooking that have haunted me since I was child! I got so afraid. It was as if one of them was dragging me in to the darkness and the other one was tickling me so I had hard to fight back. It was scary, I couldn't see anything! Then finally I managed to get released and wake up.

Can anyone explain this for me? Why is it always completly black when I experience these things? I can only FEEL with my whole body, that something strange is going on. And that it isn't just a dream.

I have felt my body locked up in some kind of metal chair (about 3 years ago) and it was like "someone" told me (telepathy) not to fight against it - or I would feel more pain.

I have also felt metal sticks put up in my upper mouth (2008/09). When I began pulling them out, stick by stick, it was as if I passed out. As if I wasn't supposed to be aware of what was going on. Since then I have 3 bulbs in my upper mouth.

It's always in this black reality where I cannot see anything - or anyone! It's very intense but short. It feels like the experience don't even last for a minute.

Disturbed again...

It has been calm for a long time, but this week I have had two paranormal attacs during the night. 

This is what happens:

• My dreams are suddenly interrupted
• I guess I'm in some kind of dream state, but it feels very real. The strange is that it's totaly black around me and I cannot see anything. 
• Then I feel like "something" jumps at my back. It actually it feels like some kind of animal, with the size of a cat or a small monkey. Only ONCE I have seen a glimps of something looking like a huge praying mantis.
• When I feel the poking around my waist it's hard, like "someone" is tickling me. Maybe because it want's my attention. It's really not a kindly toucht.

When was younger I often got paralysed during these events and had hard to wake up. I know that people call this "sleep paralysis", but I think it's something else.

I haven't yet understod why this happens. If there is a trigger, if it's something that I do that causes these events. But, this last week I have been reading some blogs again about UFOs and owls. It always happens strange things when I do that. And today when I meditated I got that beeping in my left ear again.

In my childhood I often experienced strange things right before I feel asleep. It felt as I fell into a huge spiral and everything just went round and round.

I wonder if the things I have experienced have something to do with the chakras, if they work as portals to other dimensions. Maybe the chakras are like galaxies and that they sometimes get "activated" so you get connected to other worlds?

Waking up with strange sounds again

Tonight it happend again. I had a dream and suddenly I became aware that I was waking up. But the next second I found myself in another dream, in another place. I was laying on a kitchen floor, looking up on a cupboard, wondering where the h_ll I was. As soon as I found myself there I also heard the noise from a refrigerator. I knew it was just a dream and as I continued waking up the sound from the refrigerator went away. Then it was like I moved back and forward, from the dream to the reality and the noise from the refrigerator followed the dream. It was so strange.

Lately this has happened more often. Once I felt like I was stuck in dream, it was so real and I really tried hard to wake up. When I couldn't I thought that I have had a stroke or was loosing my mind. It was so scary, not beeing able to come back to the reality.

Another night I woke up in a strange state where I knew where I was (at home) but it was like I drifted in and out in time. I knew I was in my bed but as soon as I "drifted away" I could hear someone working in my kitchen. And I could controll and change my "state" by will.

Sometimes I get afraid, because I wonder if it's possible to get stuck in that other state/time. What will happen to me then? Is it some kind of astral travelling that I'm doing?

Yesterday an old nightmare became true. A dream that has been haunting me for at least ten years. In the dream I am inside our old family country house and a huge excavator is tearing the whole house down. In the dream I always run down to the sea and swim away. In real life my brother forced my father to give this country house to him, just before he died. And yesterday I found out that my brother has teared that house down, with a excavator... Everything is gone. So I guess the nightmare became true. Maybe that dream will stop haunting me now.

Psychic attack through the chakras?

Tonight it happend again, someone was  poking hard in my back. 

This has happend so many times, since I was just a little child. It feels like someone is attacking me while I'm sleeping. Most of the time I cannot see anything, just feel that very unpleasant feeling of someone/something poking  in my back or waist. Like they are trying to dig into my body. Actually, it feels like some kind of psychic attack/astral abuse.

Once I could hear and percieve a huge praying mantis jumping on my back. It only lasted for some seconds, then it was gone. Another time I heard a woman and a mans voice. But most of the time I cannot see or hear anything, it's just that very unpleasant feeling of someone/something touching my back.

A psychic woman told me that these beings (doing this) comes from other dimensions. She also believed that we have portals to other worlds - in our bodies. Maybe our chakras works as portals? And maybe we are more vulnerable while sleeping or doing meditation.

Anyone else who has experienced this?

Visited again?

This last week I have experienced some strange stuff again. 

I have had ringings in my ears, repeatedly during the weekend. Then waking up with two bruises just above my knees. Then I got a puncture mark on my left hand, similar to this one. 

Yesterday, when I went to bed I suddenly got a unpleasant feeling and my heart began pumping faster. I thought; why am I feeling afraid? After reading a book in bed I went up to have a glass of water. It was dark in the rest of the apartment. Then suddenly, when I was standing in the kitchen, the small lamp in my bedroom was switched off! And the way it was turned off was so strange, it went off so slowly and without that click-sound. I got a bit scarred, but went back to the bedroom and swiched the light on again.

Anyway, I was tired and fell asleep. About 03:00 AM I woke up having a nightmare about our familys old holiday house, where I haven't been for 20 years. In the dream I was in my parents bedroom, starring at the evening sky behind the curtains. I was a little child again. I could see the moonlight and another very bright light coming closer, and it didn't feel good at all. 

I woke up with my heart beating hard. What the hell is it with that place, why do I have so many nightmares about that house? I haven't been there for many years, but still I have nightmares about it. 

Today everything feels normal again, no new bruises or ear ringings.

In a dreamstate - or in other time?

First time I remember experiencing this was in 2001. After a evening out with my girlfriends I stayed over at a friends house. Her two childrens were not at home so I slept in their room during the night.

First I had a strange dream about a burglary in my home, but soon finding that the thiefs had missed some things in the hallway. I also saw swing doors (like at an old time saloon), which I really don't have at home.

Next moment I am fully aware of where I am, in my friends daughters bedroom. I know that I am not sleeping, but I feel very relaxed and it's like I shift my consciousness. Suddenly I can hear my friends daughters running around and play in the apartment... I can hear their laughter and their running feet - although I know they aren't there. It's like I have travelled in time.

The next day I came home - and found that I really have had a burglary! The window (2 glasses) were open and my computer, cameras, jewelrys... everything was gone. Then I found some jewelrys that the burglers had missed - in the hall. Like in the dream!

Next day I thought about that dream again. The saloon doors in the dream were like a symbol for the two bedroom windows, where the thieves came in (and out). In the dream I saw that the they had missed some jewelries in the hallway - and that was true. They were still in my bureau. Wasn't that strange?

I wonder if I, in that deep relaxed state (in my friends home) could pick up both things about what was going on in my apartment and things (sounds) that had happend in my friends apartment earlier - her daughers playing around.

Yesterday it happend again - in my own bedroom.

I was very tired after a meeting and lay down on my bed just to relax for a while. I fell asleep and woke up an hour later. But I went in and out in a strange condition, where I was awake and knew exactly were I was but as soon as I relaxed more I could hear strange sounds from my kitchen, like somone was working with something there. It scared me and I got back to "normal" again and the sound stoped. I relaxed again and the same sound was heard. Not from the bedroom, but from the kitchen. Weird!

I did this over and over again in that relaxed state. I don't think it was some kind of auditory hallucination or sleep paralysis. But maybe I somehow manage to pick up sounds from the people who had lived in the apartment before me? The feeling was exactly as in 2001.

Now I remember a similar experience in 1983/84 when I lay in my bed and heard keys in the door and people entering my hallway. It almost freaked me out. But when I got up noone was there.

Update one hour later:
What a coincidence - I just read in Metro about a woman who have had many paralysis AND seen strange creatures/monsters in her bedroom. Who knows what really happens when we sleep. I don't believe in hallucinations, I think we are visited from other dimensions.

In another world

Wow, this dream was really the weirdest dream I ever had. It lasted for about 25 minutes and I thought I would never come back to this world again.

Well it was a crazy evening yesterday. I had some hard discussions with my daughter and ended upp in bed angry, wondering why so many people seems to be so heartless, having no empathy for others. I ended up in bed, making a drawing of my thoughts. Like a cobweb with sketches of people in my life. Just a few of them had that red, warm heart. The rest had no heart at all.

When I had turned of the light I remembered when I could see behind closed eyes, so I tried to do that. It didn’t work. Instead of that grey shadowlike silhouttes I could see darkness and some light spots, like stars… then I drifted away into the dream world.

Suddenly I was at a strange place, some kind of working place. Dark walls, dark floor, dark ceiling, no windows. People in front of computers. I could see that some of them (everybody?) had no legs below the knees.  Amputee? And when I looked closer at their faces and spoke to them I couldn’t figure out if they were men or women. They looked androgynous.

I went to another room, very light. Lamps in the ceiling. White walls. I remeber shelves with some kind of medicine or substance. Yellow and black labels. Everything was so clear. I have glasses but in this dream my sight was like an eagles. I could read on all labels without my glasses. And that made me scarred. This dream was so clear, so detailed. It couldn’t be a dream! This must be the reality. But I couldn’t wake up. I was still in that room and it didn’t feel good at all. Why couldn’t I wake up! Then I thought; ”Oh my God! I must have had a stroke and my brain is not working!  I am lost here!”
  
I understood that the people I saw was not like normal people, they were more like computers. They had no life without working.  When that hit me I was ”taken”. I could not move, but I felt like hundreds of metal wires were shot into my body, into my arms, feets and legs. It was like my blood path was replaced with these wires in different sizes. I became a machine, like the others… I felt no pain, but I could feel all that things shot into my body.

About 20-25 minutes later I woke up, with my heart bumping hard. Scared. Gosh! What a nightmare! I have never experienced something so clear in my dreams!

Scratch marks after reading about aliens

I guess I was a bit bored yesterday. I have vacation but it keept on raining, so I sat down with my laptop and watched some videos about aliens and scoop marks. Shortly after - I got ringings in my left ear and two small scratches on one of my finger tips.

It's interesting, because it has been so calm for a long time now. But as soon as I go out searching on internet (about alien stuff) I get problems. It's like in 2008 when I first began my searching, shortly after I got those scratch marks and all strange things started happening in my home.

Tonight I had a strange dream about being held in custody. A guard (chinese man) in black trousers was standing behind me. In another room in front of me I could see some white men sitting around an oval table, maybe some kind of council. I knew they were discussing me, but I couldn't hear what they said. I tried to shout at them but only a mumbling was heard. A very short dream, then darkness.

Seems like we share many experiences:

• She describes the feeling of one alien touching her back/spine, something that I have experienced many times. It feels like my back/spine is my weakest body part when it comes to this kind of events. (I think it can work like some kind of portal.)
• She also have had "dreams" about airports with military personel and UFOs.
• She has had scars on her arms like me.
• Bleeding nose. (I got that during many nights as a child)
• She has also heard that humming sound. I had it in my old apartment.
• We both have had dreams about descruction and cathastrophes in the future.
• We see numbers like 1111 appearing on nearby clocks.
• We saw UFOs at the age of 16.
• We have had dreams about children. (But mine didn't look alien.)

While writing this post I have had beeping tones in my left ear...

Scary dream and body marks

Everything is just dark and I am so afraid. I lie in the bed between my parents. I am just a child. I don't know if my parents are awake or sleeping. Or paralysed. I just know that something is coming and they won't be able to protect me.

Suddenly I hear a strange sound. It's like the sound from a small remote controlled "thing" and it is moving around in the apartment. Searching. 

Oh God, please... No... I  am so afraid...


This is the dream that woke me up earlier this week. I was so shocked so I had to turn the lamp on and read a book, just to get that dream out of my mind. Couldn't go back to sleep for hours.

Next day I thought about it, because it was so strong, and felt so real. I have had dreams like that before. About something coming into our home during the night - and there is nowhere to hide.

When I took a shower that day I noticed scars on both my feet, inside the ankles - at the same high. Weird. And today when I publish this - it is exactly one year today since I wrote about a similar dream; Hiding from intruders.

What's the "trigger"?

It has been calm for a long time, but now I have had a "visitor" here again.

A week ago I began reading about UFO stuff again and before I went to bed I thought about astral travelling. Maybe I was a bit bored, because I said to myself that I would be fun if I could "make a trip" during the night.

I fell asleep and I had so many vivid dreams! In one of them I met an older man and suddenly I got that unpleasant feeling of burrowing fingers in my back. I woke up immediately!

The feeling of paralysis combined with that poking in my back and waist - it has happend to me so many times. Sometimes I am paralysed and everything is just black. Other times I have seen a human beeing just before it happens. I have also had strange huge insects (like praying mantis) jumping on my back while asleep. But I haven't had those experiences for several moths. Now suddenly it started all over again. It's almost like someone (from another dimension) grabs me. But as soon as I wake up everything is gone.

A couple of days later, just before Easter, I did a huge housecleaning. When it was done I noticed a scratch mark on my finger - a typical paranormal scratch mark. 

Since 2008 I have got several scratch marks while doing larger housecleaning and using my vacuum cleaner. Obviously "something" doesn't like me running around and cleaning every corner of the apartment - or "something" just doesn't like the sound of the vacuum cleaner... 

Anyone else who have experienced this? An invisible "guest" that hates house cleaning?

In the vibrational state?

Tonight I have had a very strange experience AND strange dreams.

Yesterday I was so sad, because of my daughter, and I had hard to fall asleep.

Then, suddenly, I felt my whole body start to vibrate. I got so afraid, I thought I was going to die! The vibration was so intense and I felt that I had to brake it. I tried to scream. Next moment I have a strange dream about beeing locked in with an insane man and beeing in some kind of institution. My feet were battered and full of wounds. And I didn't know how I ended up there, or who I was. A really scary dream. Two other strange, but very detailed dreams followed.

When I woke up I understood that I probably had been in a vibrational state (in my energy body)  just before that dream. You can get into this state before you have an OBE (Out of Body Experience).  But I guess my fear prevented me from going further. Next time I will try not to be afraid and go with the flow/vibration...

Visited again

A couple of days ago I realized that something strange was going on - and tonight I was visited in my bedroom.

Last week I came home from hospital after another operation.  (I had to fix a gastrointestinal hernia after my cancer operation a couple of years ago). Since then I have had a lot of pain and I have also noticed strange things at home. Feeling that "coldness" that I've felt before, when I was haunted. I have also felt a strange shiver against my legs.

Yesterday I went to bed early, I was tired and I fell asleep almost at once. 

Suddenly I felt that poking on my right side. I was so tired so I tried not to care about it. The poking went to my left side. I was so tired but I tried to say; "Go away, leave me alone!". But the poking became more intense.

I got up. Tried to switch the light on, but it didn't work. And suddenly I realized; this have happend so many times before; that i wake up in the darkness, feeling that something is there, I am scared and try to turn the lights on - but I can't! I cannot turn the lights on!!

I go to the window, pull the thick curtains apart and - I'm chocked. My usual view over city is gone and I stare into another landscape! It's night but I cannot see the lights from the city - because outside there are only threes and some stars!

Oh... Then I realize... I am at our old country house! In my bedroom! I turn around and walk down the hall. Through the glassdoor to our dining room I see a very bright light coming from outside. What's that!!

Then I wake up. Shaky. I go up. Take a glass of water in the kitchen. Realize that it has started again, the visitors that comes during the night and poke me. The visitors that I cannot see. I go back to the bedroom. It's about 11 PM and I grab a book. I read it for about an hour, then I fall asleep again. When I woke up the next day I noticed that the clock beside my bed showed the wrong time (- 2 hours). Strange, it has been calm for several months and now suddenly it's like it has started all over again.

Update:
Two days later I visited my therapist. She did some body work on me. She said that the operation made me "open up" again. She managed to "close the door" and now it's calm again. No visitors. 

What have they done to me!?

Since that last session at my therapist, when she removed that unpleasant energy ball (from my mum) I have felt so relieved and happy. But four days ago I had a new nightmare.

In the dream I visited some kind of underground aquarium with my daughter. We were in a huge, dark room and my daughter went across that room to look at another aquarium. But when I was going to follow her I walked in to black FOG! Everything went black and I couldn's see anything at all!

In the darkness something, with metal, held me so tight that I couldn't move. I felt as if I was in some kind of sitting/hanging position. I could feel hard metal under my armpits. It was painful. I could also feel hard metal in the hollow of my knees. As I tried to move I got more stuck and it became more painful. It was as if I was told mentaly that I shouldn't move - then it wouldn't be so painful. So I just sat/hung there, without moving. And then I don't remember anything more.

The next day I was so tired, and the happiness I had felt the days before was gone.

What happend?!! And why does this strange things keep on happening, again and again? Completly blackness, but I FEEL that something is going on around me. And I can feel that hard metal! But what kind of entites are doing this to me - and WHY!?

Am I just in some kind of evil experiment?
 

Visited by a witch from another dimension?

Weird things are happening again.

Last month, in May, I went on a business trip to another city. The first night at the hotel room I had a very strange dream. I dreamed that I entered some kind of Gift Shop. I looked around and then I noticed that a woman (the salesclerk) was walking towards me. I was just going to ask her something, when suddenly - she, and the surroundings, changed. I saw light blue colors and something that looked like a face just centimeters from my eyes. I could only see the shape of the eyes, no pupils. And no other details, no mouth, no hair. Everything was just light blue. And I heard a laugh, like from a witch.

I don't know why, but I started calling: "Give it back to me! Give it back to me!"
Then I woke up.

The next day the lavatory pan in my hotel room broke. Two days later my neighbur called me up:


"Eva, I am sorry but your lavatory pan has broken. There are lots of water in your apartment - and in ours!"

How often does things like that happen? Both my lavatory pans broke almost at the same day! And after that strange dream, with that laughing witch voice...

Bad energy from my mum
When I came home I visited my therapist. I said I was so tired of all the bad luck in my life. My friends feel sorry for me and says that they doesn't know anyone else who has so much misfortune. So I asked my therapist again; how can it be possible? Why does so many bad things happen to me!?

She said she didn't know, but later during the same session she talked about my mother again. Because she found more bad energy from my mother in my body. It was lots of bad feelings; hate, frustration and bitterness. Feelings from my mother that had encapsulated in my body.

My therapist said there were connections to another dimension and that "they" were feeding on my mothers unpleasant feelings. She talked about very light, sticky vibrations as she took some kind of energy ball out from my body. I felt so relieved! I went from depressed to happy, just in seconds!

I left my therapist and went home. That evening I heard several high pitched beep tones in my ears. I tried to block them out, they went away - and came back. Over and over again. Finally it stoped.

Do we have portals to other dimensions - in our bodies?

My back seems to be a weak and strange spot. During my life I have experienced many weird stuff connected to it.

I think I have written about it before; that I have experienced strange "touching" while asleep. It has been going on for as long as I can remember. 

It happens while I'm asleep. Suddenly I get paralysed and cannot see. At the same time I can feel a presence in the room and "someone" is poking me in my waist and back, with a finger (?). It really feels terrible. I cannot defend myself against that poking. Only if I manage to wake up.

Other times I have dreamed that I got stabbed in my back. Or that someone had stuck a needle in it. Very painful. Other times I have felt (and heard!) a huge grasshoppers jumping on my back (in 2011/2012).

I have been working on this during my hypnosessions and it seems like we can have portals to other dimensions IN OUR BODIES! Yes, it's crazy, but I have experienced huge different after my therapist has managed to close it/them.

I think that when we experience some kind of trauma we get wounds in our etheric body. And I think that these wounds can work like portals to other dimensions. If we manage to deal with our past traumas, we can heal these wounds and - close the portals. This is my guess.

It has been calm here for a long time, but just about a week ago it started all over again. I had a strange dream about an old, not so nice, woman. We had an argument and suddenly I felt as if someone had pulled his/hers/its finger all the way down on my back. The next day I had scratch marks on my fingers again. So I guess "they" are back... maybe because a portal had opened up again.

Have you experienced something like this? Parts of your body that seems to get attacked while your are asleep?
  

Hiding from intruders

Today I found some of my old diarys from 2004-2006, so I have spent hours reading them.

One of the things that surpriced me was what I wrote 3 days after my father had died, in 2005. I had almost forgotten it:

"This morning I woke up by a nightmare at 3:05 AM. I dreamed that I was a child again and it was night. I was standing in our living room. I heard the sound from a helicopter and it looked like its spotlights were searching around our windows. I got the impression that it was aliens, coming to get us. I ran into my parents bedroom, telling them not to open their eyes and that they should hide under the bed sheets. Then I crawled down between them. I could feel my fathers body on my left side and my mothers on my right side. Then I felt that "someone" came into the bedroom. I tried to scream: "Go away!!". But my mouth was paralysed, I couldn't scream. That's when I woke up."

I think this was the first time ever I wrote about aliens - and I had totally forgotten about that dream. Now it all came back.

It also reminds me of 2008-2009, when I lived in that haunted apartment - because I often heard helicopters during the night. I was just to tired to care about it. I never got up to look at them, I just guessed that it was police or ambulance helicopters.

Could that dream about the introuders be some kind of memory from an abduction in my childhood?

Looking inside my own body

Today I listened to Starborn Support Radio. Always very interesting to listen to people who have had similar experiences.

A woman talked about her experince of travelling inside her sons body, which reminds me of a dream I had in 2008. I dreamed that I was inside my own vagina! Yes I know, that sounds VERY weird. It was as if I just was a small molecyle and thought; "Well, this is strange - a vagina should not look like this!" I have studied medicine and I know that at the end of the vagina is the cervix - but it was gone!

Four years later I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. Only one ovarian had cancer, but the doctors wanted to be sure that all cancer was gone so they took out both - and the cervix. So, today I look inside as I did in that dream six years ago. Just a coinsident? Or is this something that many abductees/contactees experience; travelling inside bodies - and to the future?

A similar thing happend Before I gave birth to my daughter. I had a dream that showed exactly what actually happend 4-5 months later when she was born. All details, my fear, the people running beside the stretcher in that hospital corridor, even the lamps were the same. EVERYTHING came true later when we arriwed to the hospital.


 

Strange dreams

Both me and my friend Sandra have had several dreams about invasions since January. Not sure what kind of enimies, but we were hiding from them and they were many.

I have had a dream about an airport too, with armed military and scared people.

Last night I had a dream about going underground, to places that looked like apartments. White walls, no windows, ladders down to lower levels... I couldn't see any people, just all those rooms. And something that looked like a small garden behind glass. Finally, when I had gone real low, I began feeling dizzy and I felt a strange movement. I knew I had to leave that place. So I climbed up as fast as I could - and out. Real strange. But I remember I have had dreams like this before, about underground places.
