Visited again?

This last week I have experienced some strange stuff again. 

I have had ringings in my ears, repeatedly during the weekend. Then waking up with two bruises just above my knees. Then I got a puncture mark on my left hand, similar to this one. 

Yesterday, when I went to bed I suddenly got a unpleasant feeling and my heart began pumping faster. I thought; why am I feeling afraid? After reading a book in bed I went up to have a glass of water. It was dark in the rest of the apartment. Then suddenly, when I was standing in the kitchen, the small lamp in my bedroom was switched off! And the way it was turned off was so strange, it went off so slowly and without that click-sound. I got a bit scarred, but went back to the bedroom and swiched the light on again.

Anyway, I was tired and fell asleep. About 03:00 AM I woke up having a nightmare about our familys old holiday house, where I haven't been for 20 years. In the dream I was in my parents bedroom, starring at the evening sky behind the curtains. I was a little child again. I could see the moonlight and another very bright light coming closer, and it didn't feel good at all. 

I woke up with my heart beating hard. What the hell is it with that place, why do I have so many nightmares about that house? I haven't been there for many years, but still I have nightmares about it. 

Today everything feels normal again, no new bruises or ear ringings.

Jean Ann was targeted with weird attacs

Well I don't know who she is but I have just read her latest blog post "Desinformation - my experience with it". (REMOVED!) The photos of her bruise and the triangular mark are very similar to mine!

Paranormal scratch marks

Seems like there are lots of people experiencing this, all over the World. I think that it has increased since 2007-2008.

The Alien Council

"They" don't like when I write about this. But I will do it anyway; write about my hypnotherapy session last week. And the trip back to the time before I was born into this life.

For many years I have felt that "someone" is controlling my life. So many strange and bad things have happend. Also my friends have been concearned about me. I have also had a strong feeling that I must not get involved, in a realtionship. That I am ment be alone. I am a very romantic person and I have had boyfriends, I have been married... But, still that feeling that I am not supposed to "get involved". Why?

Since 2008, when the hautings began, it became more clearly. The more research I did on aliens or UFOs, the more scratch marks I got. It was as "someone" punished me everytime I tried to learn more about aliens. As if I wasn't allowed to know anything about it. Even now, when I write this, I can feel that pressure coming in to my right ear. The beeping sound is almost gone, but I can still feel the pressure...

Since 2009/2010 I have done a lot of hypnotherapy. And I have found out that some kind of aliens have had controlled my life - even before I was born! But why and how could I stop them?

During the session last week I found myself in another world, in complete darkness. Standing, waiting like a soldier. I (my soul?) could hardly move. I  was standing in some kind of black cylinder, like an ammunition cylinder. A tall dull (lustreless) black cylinder, with a pointing top. And I was waiting.

Suddenly the cylinder opened up. Bright, strong light from some kind of lamp. Coldness. I was in front of "the Council" (Gods?), but it was so light so I couldn't see them. I think they were 5, and they were studying me. If I was ready to go on a mission. I saw the earth, on long distance. I didn't want to go, but I knew I had no choice. These cold beeings didn't care about me.

So what was my mission? Well, I THINK that it was to be an "observer". And somehow "they" could observe (or study) the earth through me. And there were others, send at the same time. About 35 others.

Crazy? Yes, it IS crazy! :-) But I know that there are other people who share my experience. Others who have met the Council. But what does it mean for me now? Well, this "group" have been revealed now so I hope they will leave me alone now.

Strange bruise

Tonight I got a bruise on my left leg. Because of yesterdays post? I often get scratch marks or bruises after posting here on my blog - or after digging to much in Alien stuff.

The video I posted yesterday was very interesting. I even told my friend Sandra to look at it, because we have discused much of the things that were brought up in the video. So I am not surpriced that I got this mark on my leg. It has happend before.

During 2008-2009, during that terrible hauntings in my old apartment, I got lots of these bruises on my legs. It always happend during the night and often on both my legs at the same time. But I have also got bruises while I have been awake. The one you see below (on my arm) I got while I talked to my mother about some recordings (EVPs) I did in my apartment. I didn't feel any pain, but suddenly it was there. I think it's because "they" don't like what I am doing. Maybe an attempt to correct me. But nothing can stop me now. I am just so fed up with these harassment that has been going on for so long!

 

Is this how "they" work?

New bruises on our bodies

This week my daughter asked me if I have had any scratch marks lately. So I told her that I had one on my finger the day before. Then she showed me 3 very small parallel scratch marks on her finger. So it seems like we got our scratch marks the same day.

Then I said that I got a bruise on my left knee and - she showed me she had got one too, on her left knee!



So why do we still get these marks? And why? I am just so very tired of this!

Worse again

I don't know what is going on, but lately the problems with scratch marks have been worse.

Maybe it's because I have been weaker. I have been ill and at the same time I have had some problems with my boss at work. So I guess I've been a bit sad. Same thing with my daughter. I don't know why but she too has been sad lately. And - she has got a strange bruise on her arm. She has also talked about strange dreams about beeing followed and about "men in black". And I have got several scratches on my hands and - on one toe. I have also felt that tingeling feeling on my head (open crown chakra?) that I used to feel before when spirits where around...

I wonder; does our mental state (sad, depressed) make us more vulnurable for paranormal attacs? Or - do we get depressed BECAUSE OF these strange visitations?

Or... is it because of the dowser? We had contact some weeks ago and since that day I have feelt that it has gotten worse with the scratches.

Anyway, I really wonder who they are... those who have been hurting us for almost five years!

Someone at my door?

Yesterday my daughter came back home from her father. Later that evening she showed me a strange mark on her left arm. It looked like someone had put a pressure on her arm, like several extravasation...

I took some pictures and will try to publish them here as soon as my stationary computer is repaired.

This morning I woke up at 04:50 AM because I have heard a door bell. I run up and looked through that little "check out hole" in the door. (Don't know the english word for this.) And to my surprice the light in the stairwell really was on - but there was no one there. And no sounds. Strange.  I looked out through my window, to see if anyone has left the building, but no - no one was outside. The next moment I looked out in the stairwell it was all dark again. (The light only goes on when you open your own door, or the elevator comes up.)

Have I just imagend, was the sound only in my dream? For a moment I thought about my childhood friend Ann, who i talked to yesterday. She told me that her father had died after two hearth attacks. Visited by a ghost? No, ghosts don't use to show up like that... using the door bell. Mostly they show themself in my dreams. And now my daughter sais she didn't hear any door bell. So... maybe it only was a dream anyway..or maybe we will get a visitor today? :-)

Carissas experiences

Wow, today I found a real interesting site about body markings and ear tones! On the website "In 2 Worlds" Carissa writes about many things that I have experienced myself.

Carissa write about her bruises on arms and legs, things that I have experienced myself. I have even got the bruises on the same places as her!


She also talks about ear tones/ringing and that is exactly what I have experienced since I was child! But it wasn't until 2008-2009 that I understood that this was not normal and probably connected to aliens/interterrestial beeings.

The first time I tried to block this signal/ringing out (mentally) I noticed that it really worked, but it came back shortly after and then I blocked it out again. I was happy that I have found I method that seemed to work. But after some time the signal came back, but with changed freqency. Actually everytime I blocked it out it became quiter/weaker. It was like someone tried to find a freqency that I couldn't hear. But I always know when it happens, because I can feel the pressure too.

Carissa writes about scratch marks on the chin too. I got it the first time in 1987-88, but by then I thought that I just had scratched myself while sleeping. It wasn't untill 2008 when I got marks all over my arm that I understood it was something paranormal. Even my daughter and my mother got scratches then. We still get them, but not so often as before and mine has gotten much smaller.

Carissa also have some interesting things to say about numbers. That is a thing that I had noticed just lately, that some numbers seems to show up often. So I will be more observant now and start to document it.

She also talk about strange sounds from her closet, which reminds me of my own experiences from my bedroom closet in 2009. Since we moved to that old apartment my daughter was always afraid of her closet and wanted the door to be closed. Once (in 2009) when I painted it inside I got scratch marks on my arm!

Strange bruises

I haven't only got strange scratches and stick marks on my body, I have also got bruises. This one I got in 2009, when I visited my mother and we talked about the hauntings in my apartment. I didn't feel any pain, but suddenly the bruise was there...

Now, when I look back in my past I remember that I have got strange bruises before - on my legs and arms.
