Hyperdimensional interference

Some years ago I stumbled upon In 2 Worlds - a very interesting web page written by Carissa Conti. She writes about paranormal and anomalous happenings, reality glitches, number sightings, ear tones, deja vus, synchronicities, parallel timelines and timeline manipulation, alien abductions, mind control and more… I share many of her experiences and I must say she have done an outstanding work with all her documentation and research.

Carissa has written some real interesting stuff about interference, things that happend to me too. All my life I have been experienced som much weird stuff and challenges that even my friends think it's extreme. And I have many times asked myself what could be behind all this. Most problems I have had after I began reading about things like UFOs, aliens and timeline manipulations. So reading about Carissa's experiences was really interesting. Now I know that I'm not alone, other people experience strange stuff like this too.

Update November 23, 2018:
Less than 24 hours later, after writing this post, I got some kind of black spiritual attack with paralysis during the night. Three times! Just a coincident? Writing about stuff like above always have consequences.  

It's getting worse...

It started about two weeks ago, and it feels like "it" is still around...

First that strange smell in my bathroom, then the bathroom lamp crashed down in the marble floor. Then several scratches on my foot and hands and a bruise mark on my arm.

Today I got a scratch mark about 11:00 AM. It was about 5 cm long, on my right hand. Just out of nowhere!

I still cannot understand what the trigger is, why this happens.  It just feels like some kind of bad spirit want to mess with my life - and maybe stop me from evolving. The only thing I can do right now is to stay strong not get upset, because I think these spirits feeds on our emotions.

Update:
Just a couple of days later I got another long scratch mark on my right arm. 

New scratch marks

June 17th it happend again, my bathroom lamp crashed down on the marble floor. BOOM! Bits of glass everywhere! It gave me a bad feeling, because this is what happend in 2008 when the hauntings began in my old flat.
After moving to my new apartment in 2010 it happend again, the bathroom lamp crashed down on the floor. And now again.

Actually it began already in the morning, with a bad smell from the bathroom. Just a hour later the lamp fell down. Later that day when I was using my vaccum cleaner in another room it was turned off.

This week, on Wednesday, I went to the beach and did some meditation. I remember watching the clouds and how beautiful they looked - almost like huge angel wings. When I came home I noticed a small scratch mark (1 centimeter long) on my left foot. It's very rare that I get this marks on my feet,

Anyway, next day at work almost everything went wrong. Lots of stress, conflicts and I almost crashed with the car. It was really a bad day. Just minutes after that car incident I noticed I had got another scratch mark (1 centimeter long), on a finger on my left hand.

Two scratches in 24 hours; same side, same lengh, same direction... What does it mean?!

Driving back home that day I found myself driving behind a car with the sign "HEL 666"... And was it just a coinsident that it was an accident on that same street two hours later?

I don't know but sometimes it feels like it's not just those scratch marks - but that something else (bad) comes with it, that influences in other ways. Still I cannot figure out what its all about. The only thing I can do is keep on making notes of it and see if I can find a pattern.

Update June 28th, 2016 (3 days later):
Today I got a new scratch mark on a finger - again on my left side.

Am I not allowed to talk about it?

Yesterday I talked with my mother about UFOs, scratches and other strange stuff. Today she called me and said she had strange nighmares about beeing haunted by strange hairy creatures, small like cats but she had never seen anything like that before. I wonder if she met the creatures that are scratching me...

And I woke up with this scratch mark on my finger tip...

New scratches...

I don't understand why, but suddenly I have got bleeding scratch marks again. 

Is it because I looked at that video with Mike Clelland? My curiosity (on alien stuff) often gives me problems.Or is it because of the changes in my life right now? I have resigned from my job. Got tired of my boss. After leaving the office I felt so damn relieved. It really felt so good - but the same day I got the first scratch. And I have had them every day since. I can also feel that that strange "tingling" on my head (Crown chakra activating?) and that high pitched tones in my ears. I have felt that pushing on my back again too (while sleeping).

Don't know why it has started all over again. Is it because I am taking control over my life again, leaving something bad (my psycopathic boss) behind? I have noticed that going forward, learning new stuff or personal development can give me this marks. Maybe "someone" doesn't like what I'm doing. Maybe I'm breaking "someones" plans?

Scratched after watching videos

This is my second post this day.

After writing that other post today, I went out for hiking in a nearby wood. On my way there I saw a strange white, round object travelling very fast in front of my car. I picked up my camera, just to realize that I had forgotten the memory card...  Anyway, next moment the object was gone.

When I came home I watched some UFO videos on Youtube. Obviously not a good idea - just minutes later I got a scratch mark on my finger! Wow, I haven't had any scratch marks for a long time now, but as soon as I go out on internet and search for UFO-stuff I get scratch marks. This is weird!

Scratch marks and higher level negative energies

I don't remember if I have linked to SSRF before, but here you can find some more information about them.

I have been searching for answers since 2008 when I got several scratch marks on my left arm. Where do they come from? Ghosts? Aliens? And WHY do I get these strange body marks?

I got my first scratch mark (on the chin) in 1987-88. But I thought I had just scratched myself. In 2008 happend again and it got real bad. My daughter and mother got scratches too.

Was it spiritual, because I had praticed meditation and yoga? Or was it connected to my UFO experiences (in 1977, 1978 and 2008)?

I just know that the force of these marks can read my mind. And it's not a friendly force. It can travell fast, all over the world. I found out that when I reached for help from o friend of mine in Spain. She got scratch when she tried to help me. And a man in the USA also got scratch marks - while just reading my blog! So I don't belive it's just ghosts.

I think it is something else - negative energies from a spiritual dimension. Maybe it's the same force that send beep tones in my ears and sticking pain (like from needles) in my arms, legs and feets?

I guess I was a bit bored yesterday. I have vacation but it keept on raining, so I sat down with my laptop and watched some videos about aliens and scoop marks. Shortly after - I got ringings in my left ear and two small scratches on one of my finger tips.

It's interesting, because it has been so calm for a long time now. But as soon as I go out searching on internet (about alien stuff) I get problems. It's like in 2008 when I first began my searching, shortly after I got those scratch marks and all strange things started happening in my home.

Tonight I had a strange dream about being held in custody. A guard (chinese man) in black trousers was standing behind me. In another room in front of me I could see some white men sitting around an oval table, maybe some kind of council. I knew they were discussing me, but I couldn't hear what they said. I tried to shout at them but only a mumbling was heard. A very short dream, then darkness.

Nadine Lalich's experiences

Today I found this interesting video with Nadine Lalich:

Seems like we share many experiences:

• She describes the feeling of one alien touching her back/spine, something that I have experienced many times. It feels like my back/spine is my weakest body part when it comes to this kind of events. (I think it can work like some kind of portal.)
• She also have had "dreams" about airports with military personel and UFOs.
• She has had scars on her arms like me.
• Bleeding nose. (I got that during many nights as a child)
• She has also heard that humming sound. I had it in my old apartment.
• We both have had dreams about descruction and cathastrophes in the future.
• We see numbers like 1111 appearing on nearby clocks.
• We saw UFOs at the age of 16.
• We have had dreams about children. (But mine didn't look alien.)

While writing this post I have had beeping tones in my left ear...

Woke up with cuts

Today I woke up with several cuts (or small scratches) on my hands. I haven't had any weird dreams or experiences during the night so it was strange.

I still cannot figure out where they come from, but the source must be some kind of evil spirit. Or have I pissed someone off? ;-) Well watch this video:

What's the "trigger"?

It has been calm for a long time, but now I have had a "visitor" here again.

A week ago I began reading about UFO stuff again and before I went to bed I thought about astral travelling. Maybe I was a bit bored, because I said to myself that I would be fun if I could "make a trip" during the night.

I fell asleep and I had so many vivid dreams! In one of them I met an older man and suddenly I got that unpleasant feeling of burrowing fingers in my back. I woke up immediately!

The feeling of paralysis combined with that poking in my back and waist - it has happend to me so many times. Sometimes I am paralysed and everything is just black. Other times I have seen a human beeing just before it happens. I have also had strange huge insects (like praying mantis) jumping on my back while asleep. But I haven't had those experiences for several moths. Now suddenly it started all over again. It's almost like someone (from another dimension) grabs me. But as soon as I wake up everything is gone.

A couple of days later, just before Easter, I did a huge housecleaning. When it was done I noticed a scratch mark on my finger - a typical paranormal scratch mark. 

Since 2008 I have got several scratch marks while doing larger housecleaning and using my vacuum cleaner. Obviously "something" doesn't like me running around and cleaning every corner of the apartment - or "something" just doesn't like the sound of the vacuum cleaner... 

Anyone else who have experienced this? An invisible "guest" that hates house cleaning?

New scratch mark

Three days ago I went to my therapist for a healing session. As soon as I entered her clinic I got a small scratch mark on a finger. I guess "someone" doesn't like when I dig in these strange events.

We talked about my memories of strange examinations. Why do I feel that something is going on in my "Dreams", but I cannot see anything? That is so strange. Why is everything black? My therapist asked me if I thougt I have blocked that out from my memory or - if I'm not allowed to see. I don't know, but maybe "they" just don't want me to know what they are doing?

An argument - and a new scratch mark

Today I told my boss that I wanted to have a word with him. Just to clean up some stupid things. That got some unexpected consequences.

I have a new boss, a young, very unsecure guy that don't want to take any responsibility. But he is extremly courious and tries to controll other people. Maybe because he has lack of skills and need to use other peoples opinions (as his owns). Anyway, things had happend so I needed to talk to him.

It was not a nice meeting and he was very agressive. So when I came home I wrote down some notes about our discussions. Then suddenly I got a scratch mark on my left hand!

Why? Because of my anger? Or because I in some way lost control - or my strengh? Anger seems to lead to scratch mark like this. Or if I feel exposed or afraid. It's like I in some way lose my "protecting shield". Or as my theraphist says; "You get tears (holes) in your aura".

And now, while I am writing these words I get that high pitch tone in my left ear. I try to bounce it away mentaly and it goes away.

So what is going on? Who is using my feelings (anger, frustration or fear) and make this bloody marks at my body - and ring tones in my ear? Or could it be as I read a couple of weeks ago; that many leaders are psychopaths and enties use them as portal openers?

I really would like to hear your opinion about this.

Do we have portals to other dimensions - in our bodies?

My back seems to be a weak and strange spot. During my life I have experienced many weird stuff connected to it.

I think I have written about it before; that I have experienced strange "touching" while asleep. It has been going on for as long as I can remember. 

It happens while I'm asleep. Suddenly I get paralysed and cannot see. At the same time I can feel a presence in the room and "someone" is poking me in my waist and back, with a finger (?). It really feels terrible. I cannot defend myself against that poking. Only if I manage to wake up.

Other times I have dreamed that I got stabbed in my back. Or that someone had stuck a needle in it. Very painful. Other times I have felt (and heard!) a huge grasshoppers jumping on my back (in 2011/2012).

I have been working on this during my hypnosessions and it seems like we can have portals to other dimensions IN OUR BODIES! Yes, it's crazy, but I have experienced huge different after my therapist has managed to close it/them.

I think that when we experience some kind of trauma we get wounds in our etheric body. And I think that these wounds can work like portals to other dimensions. If we manage to deal with our past traumas, we can heal these wounds and - close the portals. This is my guess.

It has been calm here for a long time, but just about a week ago it started all over again. I had a strange dream about an old, not so nice, woman. We had an argument and suddenly I felt as if someone had pulled his/hers/its finger all the way down on my back. The next day I had scratch marks on my fingers again. So I guess "they" are back... maybe because a portal had opened up again.

Have you experienced something like this? Parts of your body that seems to get attacked while your are asleep?

Seems like there are lots of people experiencing this, all over the World. I think that it has increased since 2007-2008.

It's all about frequency...

Today me and my friend Sandra went for a trip in my car. We do so at least twice every month; take a trip to another town, drink coffee, take a walk and talk about strange stuff. But I think that some of the things we discussed annoyed "them"... because suddenly I got a deep scratch mark and blood all over my fingers.

First Sandra told me about Michael Tellinger and his research in South Africa; thousands of interesting stone circles from ancient civilizations. That led us to talking about frequencies, because much is about that. Remember that my home became haunted in 2008, after that companys testings in the basement of our house? They had a small EMF-lab were they tested engines and that caused terrible low frequency sounds in my apartment. And that's when the hauntings started. So since 2008 I have been very interested in learning more about frequencies. What happens in our bodies when we are exsposed for low frequences? And is there a connection between low frequences and paranormal events? Could these frequencies open up a portal to other dimensions? Maybe.

Then we went from discussing Tellinger to talking about religion and catolicism. And it was after that I got the scratch mark. I didn't feel any pain but suddenly blood was dripping from my right hand and all over the steering wheel. I haven't had any scratches like this for a long time... so I guess that it had to do with something we had just talked about. Was it the frequencies, the symbols, the catholic church or...? Well i don't know. Yet.

Anyway, I hope you watched the video about Tellinger, because I think his researches in Africa are very interesting.

Screen memories

Actually I am not surpriced. Always when I have been active here on my blog or on Youtube (watching UFO/Alien videos) I get problems.

Tonight I had a very strange "dream". I dreamed that a person I know wanted to kiss me, so I let it happen. But the kiss wasn't nice. It was like some kind of animal was kissing me - brutally with no emotions at all. And this person (?) wanted me to look into his eyes. It was violent and I pushed him away. Next moment all went black.

As soon as I woke up I felt deep inside that something was very wrong. I have experienced something similar before and I got wounded... My opinion is that it's screen memories. What I saw was not true. Something happend, but there was something else behind the mask.

And when I got up this morning I had a new scratch mark on my right hand. So no daubt about it, they are still here - and it makes me so angry! It's like living in a Matrix, we are captured and raped over and over again. But we just don't understand it. Because we don't believe in what we experience during our sleep. We just believe in what we can see with our eyes open. As my friend Sandra said a year ago; it's like a huge Swedish smorgasbord where they are feeding on us.

Well, time to go out for a walk and think about something else :-)

 

"We are your masters..."

Yesterday they were discovered - the beings that have been messing with me my whole life...

Since I began reading, and writing, about the abduction researcher Dr David Jacobs (about 2 weeks ago) I have had problems with scratch marks again. My daughter too. So I guess "they" want to scare me. They don't want me to know what's going on.

Yesterday I visited my therapist again and I told her that I was so tired of feeling that "someone" is controlling my life, I have been very aware of this since 2008. I also told her that I have been working hard with my TRE exercises and that it fells like the pieces in the puzzle is coming together.

This is what we found during the session yesterday:

There are some kind of beings (they are 3) that says they are my "masters", that my body and soul belongs to them! They say that they are controling my life and that I won't be able to walk or stand without them. That I would be paralysed in the lower part of my body without them.

Interesting that they finally showed up. And interesting because I actually have had  some strange dreams about not beeing able to stand up, and about hanging in a closet with the lower part of my body missing...

I wonder if this is the robotic types of beings that she has told me about before. I do remember hearing robotics voices in my head at least once when I was child, and that I told my nanny about it. And remember that screaming robotic voice last month - that both me and my daughter hear in my mobile phone.

I know, this sounds crazy, I really belive that there are other dimensions - and other beings. Otherwise I wouldn't have had all these strange experiences.

My therapist worked with my body and found some kind of etheric transmittor/implant (not visible) in my stomach, on the left side. She also found what seemed to be some kind of etheric (not visible) cabels from my back. Wow! Just a couple of days ago I had a dream about that, that I had 2 thick black cables hanging from my back! Reminds me of that sceen in the Matrix Movie. So... are we living in some kind of Matrix? With aliens all around us?

During the session I also got some other memories from my childhood, that were not so nice. But there are still some thing real scary that I cannot remember. My body remembers it  and start shaking, but it's like my brain and body are not connected. I just cannot remember what made me so scared.

So, I will go on with my multidimensial therapy and see what I find. And if those three beings will leave me alone  now... I don't think they will give up that easy.

Interesting abduction researcher

It was really disturbing what he talked about. 3-4 hours later I got a scratch mark on my left thumb. It's not often I get that now so I guess it's a connection to the video. I guess "someone" does'nt want me to dig into this...
